
Gluten Free Date & Cashew Cookie

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Aashirvaad Gluten Free Flour
1/2 Cup Deseeded And Chopped Dates (Khajur)
3 Tbsp Chopped Cashew Nuts (Kaju)
1/2 Cup Soya Flour
1/2 Cup Butter
4 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 Tsp Butter For Greasing
Method
1. Combine the dates and ¾ cup of water in a deep pan and cook for 15 minutes till the dates are fully mashed.
2. Combine the soya flour, Aashirvaad Gluten Free Flour, butter, and sugar in a bowl using your fingertips till the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
3. Add the date mixture, cashew nuts and cocoa powder, mix well and knead it into a semi-stiff dough.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll each portion into a small round.
6. Grease the baking tray lightly with butter and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 30 to 35 minutes.
7. Cool and store in an airtight container.

Gluten Free Flour Thalipeeth

Ingredients:
1 Cup Aashirvaad Gluten Free Flour
½ Cup Besan
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds Crushed
2 Onions Finely Chopped
2 Tomatoes Finely Chopped
4 Green Chillies Finely Chopped
½ Cup Coriander Chopped
1 Tsp Aashirvaad Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Aashirvaad Red Chilli Powder
Oil For Greasing
Aashirvaad Salt To Taste
Aashirvaad Gluten Free Flour For Rolling
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients and make a loose dough using enough water.
2. Divide into 8 equal portions. Place one portion on a greased tava and pat it with your fingers to form a 5” circle. If it stick to your fingers, dip your fingers in water and pat again.
3. Cook on both sides on a non-stick pan using oil till brown spots appear.
4. Serve with chutney of your choice.

Gluten Free Flour Kothimbir vadi

Ingredients
1 Cup Aashirvaad Gluten Free Flour
½ Cup Besan
1 Tbsp Green Chilli Paste
1 Tsp Aashirvaad Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp Crushed Or Coarsely Grounded Peanut Powder
1 Tbsp Hot Oil
½ Tsp Cooking Soda
1 Cup Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped
1 Inch Ginger Grated
½ Tsp Aashirvaad Turmeric Powder
Oil As Required
Aashirvaad Salt To Taste
Method
1. Keep steamer and high flame for steaming
2. Take a mixing bowl, add Aashirvaad Gluten Free Flour, besan, Aashirvaad Chilli Powder, Aashirvaad Turmeric Powder, green chilli paste, Aashirvaad Salt, sesame seeds, peanut powder, cooking soda, ginger, hot oil and mix well
3. Add chopped coriander leaves add enough water and make a batter.
4. Transfer the batter into greased plate or mould.
5. Place in steamer for 15 mins. After 15 mins turn off flame.
6. Let it cool. Cut into the desired shape.
7. Take a pan, add some oil and shallow fry the kothimbir vadi till golden colour. It's ready to serve.
8. Serve with chutney.
