Cloves, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Bay leaves, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Coriander seeds, Turmeric, Salt
Cooking Directions:
Take a pan add the required oil, add 2 chopped onions, fry till golden brown, add 2 Spoons of ginger garlic paste, add 2 chopped tomatoes, add 1/2 tbs of turmeric, mix and fry well.
Add cleaned prawns to the pan, add salt and chilli powder as per your taste, and add 2 Spoons of ” Malhari Prawns Curry Masala” to the pan.
Now take a handful of mint leaves and chop them and add to the pan.
For gravy, take 3 spoons of slightly dry roasted poppy seeds, chopped raw coconut 4 spoons,3 spoons of cashews and make a thick paste.
Add this paste to the pan, simmer the flame add water mix well and cook till the oil oozes out and the prawns get completely cooked.
Add chopped coriander leaves, and some curry leaves and also add 1/2 tbs of “MalhariSahi Gram Masala” to enhance the flavor and taste.
