At Vamzn, we strive to offer the best experience to our customers. Below are our updated policies for cancellations, returns, and refunds.


Cancellation Policy

We follow a liberal cancellation policy to support our customers:

  1. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Placing an Order

    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • If the order has been shipped within this time, a cancellation fee of $5 per order will apply.
    • No cancellation fee is charged for orders canceled by Vamzn due to reasons like non-availability or quality issues.
  2. How to Cancel Your Order?

    • Live Chat - Available 24/7 or email us at contact@vamzn.com with your order details (order number, purchase date, name, and address).
    • Once the order is canceled, a refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.
  3. Exceptions to Cancellations


    The following are not eligible for cancellation:

    • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
    • Customized, personalized, or perishable goods.
    • Personal care goods like beauty products, skincare, and hygiene-related items.
    • Sale items and gift cards.

     


Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Include proof of purchase for validation.
  • Returns for perishable items, customized goods, personal care products, sale items, and gift cards are not accepted.

How to Initiate a Return?

Email us at Contact@vamzn.com to request a return. If your return is approved:

  • A return shipping label will be provided with detailed instructions.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions

  • For defective or damaged items, or incorrect shipments, contact Contact@vamzn.com immediately to resolve the issue.

Refund Policy

Refunds depend on the cancellation or return timeline and product condition:

  1. Refund for Canceled Orders

    • Within 24 hours of placing the order and if shipping has not started: Full refund of item value.
  2. Refund for Returns

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds are processed within  7-10 business day to the original payment method.
    • If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received the refund, contact Contact@vamzn.com.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following the return process.
  2. Once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
