Cook 150 Gms Noodles/Rice as per the instructions. Heat the frying pan and add chopped Ginger& Garlic, dry red chillies, and other chopped veggies like beans, carrots, cabbage, and gree chilli. Stir well on low flame.
Add soya sauce(optional) Now add boiled noodles/Rice, get the flame to high give a nice stir, add sufficient Malhari Noodles/Fried rice masala to the pan, garnish with spring onions and adjust salt as per your taste, Serve hot.
