1. Take a pan add oil, add 3 spoons of cashews, fry till golden brown, add 1 chopped onion, 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste, and 1 slit green chilly.
2. Now cut your desired vegetable like potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, and beans into cubes and add them to the pan, add “Shri Malhari Vegetable Biryani Masla”, salt as per your taste, add a hand full of chopped mint leaves and stir well.
3. Cover with the lid, cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes approx.
4. Now wash 1/4kg rice, add to the half-cooked vegetables, add sufficient water(1:2 ration) and cook till the rice gets completely cooked.
5. Serve hot with onion raitha or any gravy.
